It’s also great for summarizing long contracts, reports, and policies, and drafting proposals or business documents.

This tool is perfect if you deal with long documents all day.

Microsoft also has Copilot.

This one works best inside Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Because of this, automating Excel sheets, writing better reports or presentations, and managing emails faster in Outlook are easier.

If your work revolves around Microsoft apps, Copilot can cut a lot of busy work.

And lastly, there’s Grok AI.

Yes, the one inside X (formerly Twitter). Grok is all about real-time info from conversations happening online.

That makes it the best tool for spotting business trends in Nigeria (or anywhere); you can find out what people are actually saying about your industry and use that to generate content ideas from real conversations.

Grok now has a standalone site and mobile app, so it’s not just tied to X anymore.

Think of them all together like this:

• ​ChatGPT for a general-purpose work tool.
• Bring in Gemini when you need research + integration with Google tools.
• Use Claude when dealing with intense documents.
• Lean on Copilot to boost productivity inside Microsoft apps or for code.
• Use Grok to stay plugged into live trends and what people are saying.

You don’t have to pick one, and it’s not just ChatGPT you can rely on.

The most successful business owners utilize various tools, depending on their specific needs: research, automation, summarization, or planning.
